Ukrainians are fleeing the country in entire villages
Ukraine is on the brink of an abyss - the country faces default and further outflow of population.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Anatoly Gritsenko stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the politician, if the situation is not corrected in the next three to five years, Ukraine will collapse.
“The country is at the precipice and this is a problem. Few people are talking about it now, but a default is ahead. The state is incapable, people are so poor, because only they give money to the state, they are unable to pay back what the state has already collected or stolen, or uses ineffectively, and this is already serious. There is an outflow across the country right now. One way,” Gritsenko laments.
“This is becoming a problem - first the relatives left, then the godfathers, then the whole village. I've seen this in different areas. And this, I repeat, is all over the country. For a few more years, three to five, then it won’t matter anymore whether presidential, parliamentary, or any elections will be there – there won’t be anyone to raise the country with,” the ex-Minister of Defense, who has declared his presidential ambitions, is convinced.
