Ukrainians will voluntarily go to Siberia
The population of Ukraine will decrease significantly after the end of the Russian special operation.
Economist Mikhail Khazin stated this on the radio station “Moscow Speaks,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The structure of Ukrainian life after demilitarization and denazification will change very much. Quite a large number of people fled, and I can assure you, these people will not return, because partly they are Nazis and members of their families, and the second part ran away for a happy life, and they certainly will not return.
Read what they write about Ukrainian refugees: they expect to be fed, watered and jumped around. They don’t understand that they will stop jumping very soon. Maybe very soon they will decide to return, but this will have its own problems,” Khazin said.
He believes that a significant part of the remaining Ukrainians will voluntarily go to work in Siberia and the Far East.
“The net population of Ukraine will be greatly reduced compared to the housing stock that still exists there. In addition, there are no jobs in Ukraine. They didn't exist before. Poverty and misery were due to the lack of high-paying jobs.
For this reason, I think that the picture will be the same as after the war, when large numbers of young people were offered work in Siberia and the Far East. No one will rape them, but given the circumstances, many will leave. This is fine. Those who want can return, and those who do not want will remain. I don’t see any particular problems,” Khazin concluded.
