Ukrainians love Belarus and do not like Russia
Among foreign countries and institutions, Ukrainians have the best attitude towards Belarus - 74%, 12% have a negative attitude towards this state. These are the research data published by the sociological group “Rating” on July 12.
The top three in terms of positive attitudes are Canada and the European Union (68% each).
“Anti-rating” is headed by Russia. 35% of respondents have a positive attitude towards this state, 52% have a negative attitude.
Among international organizations, the situation is as follows: 58% have a positive view of the UN, 20% have a negative attitude, the OSCE - 50% and 26%, NATO - 49% and 30%, the International Monetary Fund - 39% and 35%, respectively.
Western countries and institutions are treated better in the west and center of Ukraine, and Belarus and Russia are treated better in the south and east of the country.
The study was conducted from June 22 to July 5; 3200 respondents aged 18 years and over were interviewed using formal interviews.
