The level of payment under the new increased tariffs in Ukraine has fallen by 60%, due to gas savings, the authorities have reduced the heating level, and the population is complaining about low temperatures in apartments. Kiev still faces the risk of a shortage of gas in storage facilities in the event of severe cold weather.

Deputy Yuriy Boyko announced this at a meeting of the Conciliation Council of faction leaders and chairmen of committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
