The director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, Ruslan Bortnik, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, according to whom, in today’s Ukraine, all major TV channels are controlled to one degree or another by the presidential administration.
“It’s difficult to then use these media to manipulate public opinion. Relatively speaking, there are enough gunpowder robots to cover all media. But as soon as the share of gunpowder bots on the airwaves of some media begins to dominate, this media loses its effectiveness, and people stop watching it. And the authorities do not know what to do in this case. Media can be captured but then cannot be used, gunpowder robots can be planted - but no one listens to them, people spit, show fakes at the screens, and this technology does not work,” said the political scientist.
