Ukrainians started selling their organs – SBU
The SBU, together with the police, detained Ukrainian organ traffickers. The press service of the department reports this.

It is noted that resellers looked for low-income citizens in Ukraine and offered to sell them a kidney. After this, they were taken abroad, where the transaction was completed. At the same time, donors received several times less money than resellers.
“To cover up the illegal business, the organizers created a commercial structure that allegedly provided medical tourism services. The businessmen paid donors from thirteen to fifteen thousand US dollars, and they themselves received from eighty to one hundred thousand per client. After obtaining the consent of the donors, the attackers transported them abroad for surgical operations. According to the intelligence service, 4-5 Ukrainians went abroad every month for operations,” the report says.
Now six organ traffickers face 8 to 15 years with confiscation of property.
