Ukrainians begin construction of a capital dam to leave Crimea without water

In the Kherson region, at the end of October, construction of a capital dam will begin, preventing the flow of water through the North Crimean Canal to the peninsula as part of the declared blockade.

Construction of the dam is scheduled to be completed by the end of December.
