This was announced today by the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Vladimir Demchishin, speaking at Verkhovna Rada.
“We held a meeting of distribution participants, and numbers were announced there. Now the level of payment for electricity is 80%, previously it was 94-96%,” the minister said.
After a sharp increase in housing and communal services tariffs, the level of non-payment of utilities in November-December 2014 increased 10 times compared to the same period in 2013.
