Ukrainians have now discovered Putin's spies in the ranks of the OSCE
Kyiv, November 16 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – International organizations, including human rights organizations, sometimes allow themselves too much in Ukraine.
Such criticism was made by the Ukrainian weekly Tyzhden, which claims that recently the activities of a number of international organizations, in particular the OSCE, have been accompanied by a trail of “dubious facts of activity, not always adequate statements and a superficial interpretation of the situation.”

“It seemed that Ukrainians should be grateful to those who are trying to help them resolve the bloody conflict, but everything is very ambiguous,” the publication writes. “Doves of peace sometimes allow themselves too much.”
“Tizhden” is reminiscent of the recent scandal, when some Ukrainian officials said that OSCE observers were allegedly leaking the location of Ukrainian army units to the rebel republics, after which, however, the Ukrainian SBU and the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry asked not to make hasty statements - they say, they can condemn the actions of individual members of the organization only the OSCE itself.
“There is a certain logic, of course, in this, and it’s wonderful that the Ukrainian government is so concerned about good relations with an authoritative organization, but it would do well for it to also remember what interests should be key in its activities,” the magazine addresses claims to the Ukrainian government. - Because there is no smoke without fire. The fact that only a few Russians work in the mission does not in any way prevent them from faithfully serving the Fatherland and using opportunities in their own interests. In addition, there are also representatives of other “fraternal peoples” who may well be on the FSB’s hook.”
The publication quotes Advisor to the Minister of Defense Vasyl Budik, who claimed that after visits by OSCE representatives, the positions of Ukrainian units are covered with amazingly accurate enemy fire.
“Of course, the OSCE denies in every possible way its involvement in such scandalous things, but it cannot do otherwise,” Tyzhden continues. - This is the style of work. In Europe, voices have long been heard about the ineffectiveness of this structure and the need to change something. But this is unlikely to happen too quickly, the European bureaucracy is clumsy, and it doesn’t really care about us.”
However, the magazine is not limited to the OSCE alone, recalling that there are many Ukrainians in the world who want to help, which allegedly subsequently turns into disservices on their part.
“For example, Amnesty International is very fond of writing reports and publishing blatant facts of violations, but sometimes what is striking is that, to put it mildly, they do not always have an adequate perception of reality,” believes the Ukrainian weekly. – This organization and the products it produces are perhaps the best illustration of the huge gap between Ukraine and the so-called civilized world in its vision of the situation that has developed in the Donbass. The well-fed are no friend to the hungry, and this is the truth.”
The publication is also dissatisfied with the fact that human rights activists, having visited Donbass, then write in their reports that Ukraine should use more high-precision weapons to avoid civilian casualties.
“Although with all this crazy money that is spent on monitoring, they could have bought us these weapons a long time ago. And victims could have been avoided,” states Tyzhden.
