Ukrainians admit the total failure of their government
According to sociological surveys conducted in Ukraine, the overwhelming majority of the country's residents consider the reforms of the Kyiv authorities in all areas, including healthcare, to be a failure.
Mikhail Pogrebinsky, director of the Kyiv Center for Political Research and Conflictology, said this on air on the TV Center channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We ask people how they feel about reforms in a particular area. And there is only one area where less than 50% say they are treated poorly, and this, oddly enough, is freedom of speech. And in all the rest - healthcare, street safety, education reform, public utilities and budgetary spheres - from 60 to 65% say that there is more bad than good, they are dissatisfied. So far, people do not feel any positive effects from these reforms.
Someone will say that there may be a difficult period and all these reforms still need to be completed. But here is the health care reform, which not only in the opinion of ordinary consumers of these services, but also of most specialists, is counterproductive and will only worsen the situation. But it still needs to be completed (according to supporters of the reform – editor’s note), while removing the acting Minister of Health,” the expert said.
Let us recall that earlier “PolitNavigator” cited the statement of the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Health Affairs Olga Bogomolets that the population of Ukraine is rapidly declining, and in the State Budget of Ukraine There are not enough funds allocated to support people's health.
