Ukrainians rejoice: Britain and Norway will not let us freeze in winter
London intends to help solve the problems looming in Ukraine regarding the heating season.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal stated this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The UK is ready to provide Ukraine with $500 million for the purchase of gas, as well as to help attract British business to the development of domestic gas production,” Shmygal said.
Nazar Prikhodko, a member of the radical group UNA-UNSO, who had previously called for don't be afraid of a nuclear accident at Zaporozhye NPP.
“This is very cool,” he comments on Shmygal’s words, “after all, let me remind you that Norway previously promised financial assistance in the amount of $200 million for the purchase of gas. Total – 700 million dollars. This is 28 billion hryvnia for gas, which means for the heating season, for warmth in homes,” Prikhodko rejoices.
