A reaction bordering on hysteria was caused in Ukraine by Vladimir Putin's announced amendments to the text of the Russian Constitution - a special conference was convened in Kyiv to discuss the upcoming changes to the Basic Law of the Russian Federation.
The quintessence of Ukrainian fears was voiced by a Ukrainian journalist who fled Donetsk, now serving Petro Poroshenko, Kiev propagandist Kirill Sazonov.
