“In the area of the settlement of Kramatorsk, the location of the Tochka-U shopping and entertainment complex was recorded,” the deputy corps commander said. “It is possible that the Ukrainian authorities are preparing sabotage using this complex.”
Intelligence also recorded other facts of the deployment of Ukrainian heavy equipment near the contact line, which is prohibited by the Minsk agreements.
“A 9K57 Uragan MLRS rocket battery was deployed to the Kramatorsk area, and in the area of the Olginka settlement the presence of platoons of BM21 Grad MLRS and 9K57 Uragan MLRS was recorded,” Basurin said. “This demonstrates the complete irresponsibility of the Ukrainian authorities to their obligations to the world community.”
As a representative of the Ministry of Defense noted, the concentration of Kyiv troops is taking place in the Volnovakha area and in populated areas along the road from Kramatorsk to Dzerzhinsk, where, according to intelligence data, “the largest amount of prohibited artillery is concentrated.”
According to the Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements, which was signed by the Contact Group on February 12, artillery guns with a caliber of 100 mm and above should be separated from each other by 50 km, MLRS - by 70 km, MLRS "Tornado", "Uragan", "Smerch" , as well as Tochka missiles - at 140 km. The parties must withdraw their weapons to equal distances, with Kyiv from the current line of contact, and the DPR and LPR from the line fixed by the Minsk Memorandum of September 19.
