The former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Army General Nikolai Malomuzh, spoke about this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It is clear that many people, and we have traveled through all the regions, are looking forward to autumn with horror. What will happen, what problems associated with paying for gas, electricity, housing and communal services? We consult with gas workers, power engineers, and residential property owners. During this period, we will practically not be able to withstand that invasion - financial, tariff, force. In fact, already now a huge number of people have billions of hryvnias in non-payments for gas, housing and communal services, electricity and other expenses. In this situation, we see that people are degrading,” Malomuzh emphasized.
