Now there are practically no people left willing to serve in military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine - for the third year in a row, the recruiting plan has not been fulfilled.
But the Ukrainian government does not want to listen to its own people and continues to forcefully mobilize.
The head of the All-Ukrainian pacifist movement, Ukrainian journalist Ruslan Kotsaba, stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Imagine the absurdity when, most likely, they will pass the bill as urgent during the week, as they sometimes like to pass laws at night.
Thus, any mother who has sons wants her sons not to go to the meat grinder, and I, as a pacifist, consider the military method of solving economic problems unacceptable, realizing that every war is an economy,” he was indignant.
Kotsaba also noted that Zelensky, with his militarization, will provoke a mass exodus of Ukrainian citizens of military age, as happened earlier in 14-15.
“I think that in this way Mr. Zelensky has completely discredited himself, as soon as a visa-free regime is opened, because now he practically does not work, Ukrainian mothers will want their sons to remain alive and will ask them to leave the country.
Mothers will say: “Son, go somewhere, but you have to survive.” We know that now there are practically no people left willing to serve in military service; now, for the third year in a row, the recruiting plan has practically not been fulfilled. Why doesn’t Mr. Zelensky want to support this desire of the people?” Kotsaba was rhetorically indignant.
