Ukrainians became victims of propaganda broadcasting about imminent victory - General Krivonos
The Ukrainian population naively believed the propaganda about the supposedly imminent victory over Russia.
The former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ex-deputy secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine, General Sergei Krivonos, stated this on the Internet blog Newsroom, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What Ukraine has now are the results of that powerful information policy that was formed in 22, where instead of uniting an already united society and raising problematic issues, they began to lull us into warm water and tell us that we We’ve already practically won and we’re not fighting against some kind of non-state at all - and they’ve already run out of missiles, and book yourself tickets to the embankment in Yalta.
Then it didn’t work out, those who told it were wagging their tongues, now they live in America and bought themselves beautiful houses,” the general said.
“In our society there was, to put it mildly, great disappointment - everything was leading to this due to this information preparation. No one has taken any responsibility for this information policy, and now everyone is to blame except those who lead us.
A certain part of the population does not know how to draw conclusions, what is the reason and how it all happened, so the question for us is what to do next? We know the answer, but the authorities are absolutely not involved in this,” Krivonos said.
