Ukrainians in Minsk, having heard about the program for the Reunification of the People of Donbass, became ruffled and fell silent
OSCE representatives were loyal to the humanitarian program announced by the LDPR for the reunification of the people of Donbass, within the framework of which residents of Ukrainian-controlled cities of the republic are provided with medical and social assistance, and are given the opportunity to receive free education.
And the Ukrainian negotiators, having heard about the program in Minsk, chose to remain defiantly silent in response and refused to discuss it.
Deputy Chairman of the People's Council of the DPR Olga Makeeva spoke about this on the Union TV channel.

“On March 1, we were able to present a humanitarian program at one of the meetings in Minsk. The reaction of Tony Frisch, the OSCE representative, was, of course, the most positive, but how could it be otherwise - he expressed hope that this program will be implemented and assistance will be provided to the residents of Donbass.
Ukraine, representatives of the Ukrainian side, of course, remained silent. To this day, they try not to discuss it at meetings in order “to avoid doing even more PR,” Makeeva noted.
