A video with the newly elected head of the Tuzlovsky Estuaries National Natural Park, Vitaly Chakir, is gaining popularity on the Internet.

The video shows a fragment of a competition that took place at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, based on the results of which Chakir was selected.
It is noteworthy that the head of the environmental enterprise was unable to answer any of the experts’ relevant questions, ultimately declaring that this was not his profile and that he himself was a manager-economist by training.
This behavior of the official, as well as the fact of his election, immediately generated a lot of critical comments from social network users.
"A shame! I am ashamed of the Ukrainian people, who allow such idiots to lead anything,” writes Vasily Romanyuk.
“And there are 80% of such morons in our leadership,” adds Yuriy Gorovenko.
“This is Putin’s hand, definitely,” Evgeniy Pedash sneers.
