Kyiv, December 04 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – In Kyiv, they sarcastically comment on the news of night battles in the center of Grozny, where Russian security forces had to shoot from tanks the militants who seized the House of Press.

“I believe that the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry should immediately demand to stop the military operation of Kadyrov’s punitive forces against peaceful Chechen militias. It is unacceptable when civilians are destroyed in the 21st century, especially in the Press Houses. The Moscow junta must immediately sit down at the negotiating table with the civilian population of Chechnya. This issue must be immediately considered at the UN Security Council. The OSCE must immediately send observers there to carefully record all the atrocities of the punitive forces. Ukraine should raise this issue in Minsk and demand that representatives of the Chechen militias be represented within the framework of negotiations for a peaceful resolution of the conflict,” says the Ukrainian expert.
