The results of the work of the American Ulyana Suprun, appointed after the Euromaidan victory to the post of Minister of Health, led to the collapse of the medical industry and extortions among patients.
Dmitry Korneychuk, a political analyst, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are reaping the benefits of the so-called. medical reform, over the year we have seen what this medical reform is. There were some declarations that were signed with an important air. The rear part of this reform is the closure of outpatient clinics and paramedic stations everywhere, paid medicine, which, in fact, is being introduced.
This medical reform, instead of leading to insurance medicine, as in all normal European countries, left supposedly free primary-level medicine, and everything else that you could get with insurance medicine, you have to pay in full,” laments Ukrainian expert.
