Ukrainians live in a paradigm of idiocy and do not understand that they are being mocked - political scientist
It would not be surprising if tomorrow Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko stated that Nadezhda Savchenko wanted to drive a tank onto Institutskaya Street and attack the Presidential Administration with direct fire.
Kiev political scientist Sergei Belashko, director of the Agency for Social Communications, told PolitNavigator about this, commenting on today’s accusations against Savchenko.
“Lutsenko says nonsense with a serious face, and it is obviously clear that this is nonsense. How do you imagine the evidence of the preparation of a terrorist attack by Savchenko, which Lutsenko spoke about? Are these some kind of mortar placement schemes around the Rada, firing positions on the slopes of the Dnieper? I wouldn’t be surprised if new circumstances were suddenly revealed: Savchenko tried to place a howitzer in Hydropark, taking advantage of the fact that there are few people there in winter and no one would notice her, and shoot the howitzer at the Rada. And with the second shot, demolish the Presidential Administration,” the political scientist sneers.
At the same time, Sergei Belashko is confident: Lutsenko understands what he is saying.
“But a large number of people, including journalists, repeat this nonsense with absolutely serious expressions on their faces. At the same time, some believe in Lutsenko, who saved the country from Kremlin agents, while others believe in Savchenko, who, like the Ukrainian Joan of Arc, raised the banner of armed struggle. People live in this paradigm of idiocy and do not want to understand that they are openly mocked. Lutsenko mocks them. I wouldn’t be surprised that if he says that Savchenko wanted to drive a tank to the Institutskaya and shoot at the Presidential Administration with direct fire, then there will be people who will write that it is necessary to put up anti-tank barriers so that she doesn’t drive the tank. There is less and less common sense in this country,” the political scientist added.
