Ukraine is crazy: The meaning of Klimkin’s idea about the transition to the Latin alphabet has been revealed
Ukraine’s transition to the Latin alphabet, which was announced by the country’s Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin, will only help Poland, Hungary and Romania, which use the Latin alphabet, to quickly integrate Ukrainian territories into their composition. Alexander Dubinsky, presenter of the Kyiv TV channel “1+1”, discusses this in his blog.
According to him, the current Ukrainian government is only accelerating the loss of new territories.
“By the way, if we consider the future of Ukraine as a donor of territories for Poland, Hungary and Romania, then the transition to the Latin alphabet looks logical. True, I didn’t think that Poroshenko’s comrades would cope with the preparatory period so quickly,” Dubinsky said.
Earlier, a new law was adopted in Warsaw, where the western regions of Ukraine appear under the name “eastern Lesser Poland”.
In turn, official Budapest proposed consider the possibility of creating autonomy for Hungarians in the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine.
Hungary and Romania have already distributed about 500 thousand of their passports residents of the border regions of Ukraine.
