Ukraine does not have enough money for medicines, healthcare is dying
The medical reform promoted by the acting head of the Ministry of Health, American Ulyana Suprun, is a murder of the healthcare system.
This opinion was expressed in a commentary to the Kyiv magazine “Novoe Vremya” by the President of the Association of Psychiatrists of Ukraine, dissident anti-Soviet Semyon Gluzman, answering the question of what he thinks about the quality of medical services in Ukraine.
“This is how reforms are not carried out, experiments are not done in vivo [within a living organism] on an entire large country. After all, it was proposed to conduct the experiment in three pilot regions. And doing it the way it is now is killing the system. And what they ordered to give out free medicines was only the worst medicines. Of course, there is not enough money [in hospitals] for medicines. It is obvious. There is no money in the country. And all that is done is just beautiful words being spoken,” said Gluzman.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Gluzman came to the conclusionthat US citizen Ulyana Suprun, acting Minister of Health of Ukraine, has become a symbol of the negative influence of the United States on the Ukrainian state.
Besides he promised to use the experience gained in Soviet prison for the war against the Ministry of Health.
Gluzman also stated that the real elite was in the USSR, and not in present-day Ukraine.
