“The so-called “anti-corruption courts” are a feature of post-colonial third world countries, where, through these state formations, former metropolises try to control political processes in former colonies. Since “anti-corruption courts” do not and cannot have anything to do with the fight against corruption, scandals happen from time to time, like the one that recently broke out in Nigeria: the head of the anti-corruption court there was caught taking a bribe,” Boyko points out.
