If Ukraine really wants to see its future in the European Union, then it will have to coordinate its interpretations of historical events with Europe.

The head of the Ukrainian Politics Foundation, Kost Bondarenko, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, answering a question about the problems of Ukrainian-Polish relations.
“If Ukraine really wants to see its future in Europe, then it must also coordinate its history with Europe. There is such a Polish historian and philosopher Krzysztof Pomian. He is 84 years old, lives mainly in Paris, representative of the old dissident movement. Not long ago, he said that Poland is still ruled by two coffins - the coffin of Pilsudski and the coffin of Dmowski, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland in the 20s, a representative of the extreme nationalist camp. So, Ukraine, unfortunately, is led by one coffin – Bandera’s coffin,” Bondarenko said.
