According to him, the deficit is UAH 7 billion.

“God grant that 7 billion be allocated for food. We don’t have money for food until the end of the year, this was originally budgeted. Everyone knew about this when this budget was adopted. The Ministry of Finance stated: “You have announced an increase in the size of the army. If you increase it, then write, calculate, and we will increase the amount for you,” Biryukov said.

We would like to remind you that during the opening of joint exercises with the United States in the Lviv region, Petro Poroshenko arranged an ostentatious lunch with soldiers in the canteen, where in front of television cameras, the servicemen were served dishes previously unseen in the Ukrainian army on a buffet.
