Kyiv, April 04 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – The Armed Forces of Ukraine are preparing for negative developments in Donbass.
Ukrainian political expert Mikhail Pavliv said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, commenting on the current situation in Donbass.

“Against the backdrop of the obviously stalled Minsk process, the parties continue to prepare for negative developments,” the expert noted. “This, of course, is not a pleasant trend for all of us; we are all striving for a peaceful settlement, but this is an objective reality that cannot be erased by desire alone. Considering that the political settlement is indeed stalled due to a number of factors, Ukraine’s armed forces have no choice but to prepare for negative developments.”
