“At 13:30, the main supply substation No. 2, located on the territory of the Tochmash plant, was damaged. As a result, 10 transformer substations were cut off from the electricity supply and the villages of Putilovka and Tochmash were de-energized,” the mayor’s office emphasized.

Also recorded were “arrivals of projectiles” in the industrial zone in the area of ​​Ekonomicheskaya Street.
