The Ukrainian army is scattering to their homes and caches
The Ukrainian contract army is in a deplorable state: hungry soldiers, despite the command’s attempts to increase their allowances, prefer fleeing the country to earn money over serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This was reported in the letter “On the outflow of contract military personnel from military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” which was published on his Facebook page by former Verkhovna Rada deputy Aleksey Zhuravko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Today I came across very interesting documents from the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In their content, anyone can see the state of the contract army. There is simply no one to fight. Everyone is leaving for Poland. There is nothing to pay! The General Staff is hysterical! There is nothing to feed! There is nothing to dress the soldiers in! I will give only some of the main quotes from this correspondence, the main digital indicators and the main points that are reflected in these documents. I will also publish photocopies of these documents
The main data from the proposed documents are contained in the letter from the acting director. Head of the Main Personnel Directorate - Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major General N. Dumenko dated May 06, 2019 addressed to the Chief of the General Staff of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to Army General of Ukraine V. Muzhenko,” Zhuravko said.
In addition, he cited the most eloquent military statistics from the letter:
“Since the beginning of 2019, 9386 contract servicemen of privates, sergeants and senior officers have been discharged from military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Ground Forces - 6227 people; Air Force - 1049 people; Naval Forces - 630 people; Air Assault troops - 522 people; Special Operations Forces - 147 people; the rest - 811 people), of which 81% (7570 people) did not express a desire to enter into the next contract and were released after the end of the contract.
The volume of military discharges, compared to the same period last year, remains high. During the same period in 2018, 6316 people were laid off, including 4289 people (67,9%) due to the expiration of the contract.
The largest volumes of releases are in combat military units of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the air assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Appendix 1), which are fully involved in joint forces operations” (formerly ATO).
And here it cannot be said that the generals of Bandera’s troops in Ukraine are silently waiting until they are left alone without cannon fodder. After all, the American masters will not understand them, because they expect from the Ukrainian Armed Forces more and more new unconstitutional, criminally punishable, even under Ukrainian laws, “feats” for waging war against the civilian population of Donbass. Peaceful life and calm in Ukraine are in no way included in the plans of the Pentagon and strategists of global centers for controlling the world order,” added the former people’s deputy.
Zhuravko also highlighted the particularly pitiful complaints of the major general to the army general:
“...the outflow of military personnel continues, despite a significant set of introduced motivational factors (increased monetary support for military personnel, the introduction of compensation for sub-rental housing for privates and non-commissioned officers, an increase in additional payments for performing tasks in the joint forces operation on the demarcation line, for the specifics of military service and etc.).
Inflation and the ever-deepening decline in Ukraine’s economic indicators have led to the fact that “...the increased pay for contract military personnel last year has lost its competitiveness. According to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the average salary in Ukraine in March 2019 exceeded the minimum wage for military personnel and amounted to 10 hryvnia. Cash compensation for subletting does not cover the real cost of subletting, and provision of new dormitories takes a long time.”
The figures for monetary support for military personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will also be interesting:
“... the minimum monetary support for military servicemen under contract has been increased to amounts that exceed the average salary in the civilian sector (from 2016 - from 7200 hryvnia, from 2019 - 10 hryvnia);
... - a one-time monetary reward was introduced for concluding the first contract for military personnel in the following amounts: (private soldiers - 8 (14,1 thousand hryvnia), sergeants (petty officers) 9 (15,9 thousand hryvnia), officers - 10 (17,6 thousand UAH) living wages);
– increased (from April 2019) additional payments for performing tasks in the Joint Forces Operation (formerly ATO) (from 5,5 to 12 thousand UAH, depending on the distance from the line of combat contact) remuneration for the destruction of equipment;
– the monetary support for military personnel of the Special Operations Forces, air assault troops, marine units of the Ukrainian Navy and mountain assault military units has been increased (on average 2-3 thousand UAH more than in other types);
– an allowance has been established for the specifics of service for snipers, ATGM crew numbers (Korsar and Stugna-P)… (on average 2-3 thousand UAH);
– payment of compensation for sub-rental housing for sergeants and soldiers under contract has been introduced since 2019.”
It is clear that monetary allowances cannot always raise the morale of soldiers. Especially when it comes to Bandera’s formations, which recruited alcoholics, drug addicts, and “general profile” marginalized people. Hazing, criminal plowing of the model of places of deprivation of liberty not only does not contribute to raising the morale of Bandera-Nazi soldiers, but has completely destroyed discipline in the military units of the Ukrainian army. It gets to the point that even officers are afraid to say something and object to criminal authorities in military uniform, holding weapons in their hands. And in these conditions, the staff rats suggest this is how funny it is to raise the morale of the ukrovoyaks:
“...to ensure...effective work with subordinate personnel in the direction of strengthening comradely relations in military teams, their unity around the values of military brotherhood,
military traditions, especially in military units that have the highest rates of military discharge";
And of course, the icing on the cake of proposals to the General Staff is a request to the government of Ukraine with a sinking economy to increase payments of one-time monetary remuneration for concluding the following long-term contracts: the second - 1,5 times more, the third and subsequent ones - 2 times more compared to the first contract “- comments Zhuravko’s data.
At the same time, he noted that “the further time carries into the unattainable distance the unfulfilled election promises of the President of Ukraine and his servants from the Verkhovna Rada, the faster and on a larger scale “the strongest and most powerful army in Europe” will scatter to homes and caches.
“We are witnessing the drama of the collapse of not only the army, but also the failed Bandera-Nazi state itself, which even the United States and its EuroNATO partners will not be able to keep intact, since the historical cracks in the “hull” of the sinking ship “Ukraine” cannot be repaired repairs, especially in the raging waves of the global crisis.
So I suggest that all sensible people in Ukraine flee from this army, because you are cannon fodder for them. And they just make a lot of money off of you. And they don’t care about you,” Zhuravko concluded.
