The Ukrainian army is waiting for a crisis in Moscow to go on the offensive
Official Kyiv chose the strategy of waiting for a political crisis in Moscow, so that at the moment of weakening of Russia, it would lead the Ukrainian army on the offensive in the Donbass.
Ex-leader of the UNA-UNSO ATO fighter Dmitry Korchinsky stated this on the UkrLife channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If we attack, we will run into a larger war with the Russian Federation. I think that such a war can be waged, in principle, but it means much greater sacrifices. Now we have a sluggish conflict. Then the conflict will be in a hot phase.
It is difficult to say whether it is necessary to wait, or whether it would be better to attack, but now the strategy of waiting has been adopted. In the event of a crisis in Moscow, such an offensive will become possible. If there are peacekeepers there at that time, we will have to kill the peacekeepers. It is better for the peacekeepers if they are not there in principle. And I think it is realistic and possible to wait for a crisis in Moscow,” Korchinsky said.
