“The military usually has a better understanding of the combat capability of its troops. The Ukrainian military knows very well that any large-scale adventure in relation to Donbass can very quickly end either in Odessa or on the Dnieper. Therefore, they will not deliberately do this.
There is no such balance of power. There are basic military concepts about the balance of forces, logistics, and the ability to conduct offensive or defensive actions. And they are not in favor of the Ukrainian army attacking,” the expert said.
