Ukrainian infantry fighting vehicle was blown up by its own mine
A Ukrainian infantry fighting vehicle was blown up by one of the mines that the Ukrainian group was indiscriminately planting in the occupied territories of Donbass near the popasnaya settlement.
This was stated by the representative of the National Assembly of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We continue to receive information about the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a result of explosions at their own minefields. Thus, in the area of Popasnaya, as a result of an explosion of an infantry fighting vehicle of the 108th battalion of the 10th mountain assault brigade, one serviceman was killed and two were injured.
I would like to note that the indiscriminate mining of border areas by the Ukrainian side regularly leads to casualties of both the civilian population and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Despite the careful concealment of such incidents, they should not go unnoticed by the public, and should at least lead to demining work in these areas in order to prevent new casualties among civilians,” Marochko said.
