Russian political scientist Sergei Markov ridiculed the photograph taken during the visit of the delegation of the Supreme Court of Ukraine to Germany. “When communicating with European officials, Ukrainians look like Papuans and wear national clothes,” the expert commented on his blog.
“I imagine Lavrov in a cap and blouse, and Matvienko in a sundress and kokoshnik,” Russian journalist Yuri Stroganov agreed with the absurdity of Ukrainian outfits.
