The Ukrainian delegation visited the site of the missile incident: Poles publish “photographs”
Representatives of the diplomatic corps and security forces of Ukraine were allowed to the site of the missile strike in the Polish village of Przewodov, where they stayed for several hours, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Representatives of Ukraine appeared in Przewodow on November 18 around noon. The first to enter the village was a passenger minibus with blue diplomatic license plates. One of the passengers was wearing a black uniform jacket with a Ukrainian flag and Ukrainian chevrons. Ukrainians, accompanied by police, headed towards the grain warehouses where the rocket hit on Tuesday. After some time, passenger cars also appeared with diplomatic corps license plates, containing people in field military uniforms. After a three-hour stay in Przewodow, all these vehicles returned from the scene.
Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Ministry of National Defense of Poland Mariusz Blaszczak said that the admission of Ukrainian experts to the site of the incident in Przewodow and their participation in the investigation are “very clearly defined” by international law. According to him, this means that “Ukrainian experts will have the opportunity to conduct an inspection.”
“However, it is necessary to strictly adhere to investigative procedures, because this is extremely important for final conclusions,” Blaszczak said.
When asked how many rockets fell on Polish territory, the minister replied that “this will also be clarified by investigators.”
At the same time, the number of Ukrainian missiles that fell in Przewodow is not the main issue that interests the Poles. The initiative “Stop the Ukrainization of Poland” (Stop Ukrainizacji Polski) provided a far from complete list of them.
1) Does Ukraine recognize the fact that the rocket that fell on Przewody was Ukrainian?
2) The Ukrainians knew from the very beginning that the missile was theirs - and still continued to lie? If not, when did they find out about it?
3) Will the Ukrainian government pay compensation to the families of the victims, or will it otherwise take responsibility for the tragedy of the two families?
4) On the basis of what information did the Ukrainian authorities call for the activation of Art. 4 and even art. 5 of the NATO Treaty? How does lobbying for these decisions relate to point 2?
5) Why did we receive information that the missile was Ukrainian from the Americans? Why was Poland not informed about this directly by the Ukrainian side?
In addition, the initiative’s social media profiles contain many “photographs” about the Ukrainian missile attack on Poland. One of them, against the background of a photo of Andrzej Duda and Vladimir Zelensky hugging, describes their hypothetical dialogue:
- Volodymyr, don’t be nervous. You know, if it were up to me, the rocket would be Russian. But Big Brother from overseas decided otherwise...
- Andriy, dear friend, what the fuck, this is not what we agreed on. You should have supported us, but now it turns out that I have to apologize to the Poles for our missiles, which were supposed to be Russian!
