Ukrainian DRG exploded on its own mine in Donbass
One Ukrainian serviceman was killed and two more were injured as a result of the explosion of a sabotage and reconnaissance group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on its own mine near the demarcation line.
This was announced by Ivan Filiponenko, an officer of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
In particular, he noted that another case of non-combat losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces occurred in the area of the village of Zhelobok in the area of responsibility of the 10th mountain assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“Tonight, when a sabotage reconnaissance group of the 8th Special Forces Regiment attempted to escape, one UAF special forces soldier was killed and two more were injured as a result of an explosion on his own mine,” said Ivan Filiponenko.
He also added that the brigade commander, Colonel Vasily Zubanich, submitted these non-combat losses to higher headquarters as combat losses, allegedly received as a result of shelling by the LPR People's Militia.
We would like to remind you that earlier the People's Militia of the DPR reported that a truck of the Ukrainian army, transporting ammunition for 122-mm artillery weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements, ran into a mine planted by his own military, after which an explosion occurred.
