The former Minister of Economy of Ukraine Viktor Suslov said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Based on the preliminary data for 2017 and taking into account the trends that are very clearly evident, we can conclude today that economic reforms in Ukraine are failing or at least are not effective. At the same time, time for reforms has already been practically lost, the economy is deteriorating, reserve resources are being depleted. Therefore, expectations for 2018 are extremely alarming,” the economist warned.
