Ukrainian newspaper explained how to kill without violating the Minsk agreements
Even under the conditions of Minsk restrictions, the Ukrainian army “can and should beat the enemy.” The Ukrainian publication “Mirror of the Week” writes about this today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Even the correct use of authorized means of combat could increase the enemy’s losses by an order of magnitude. But the weakest point of the Russian occupation forces is the acute shortage of personnel,” the article says.
Zerkalo Nedeli claims that the Ukrainian leadership is trying to comply with the Minsk agreements.
Therefore, the troops on the contact line allegedly stopped receiving ammunition, and military operations were curtailed.
“We are not talking about an offensive, about the use of heavy weapons - but the enemy must be systematically beaten with the means that are permitted, and not rely on mythical “peacekeepers.” The current strategy for using the army in the Joint Forces Operation is, in essence, a police operation. Despite the fact that the terms of the Minsk agreements allow the use of weapons with a caliber of less than 82 mm, despite the fact that there is a sniper war, a war of small groups of infantry at the front, guided missiles and heavy infantry weapons are used, there is no concept of the combat use of troops in these conditions,” – the publication complains.
