“If there is no doctor in the ambulance, then why call him? It’s easier to call a taxi and go to the hospital or to a doctor you know. That is, without a doctor, an ambulance generally loses any meaning. This is the practice of underdeveloped countries like Somalia and Zimbabwe,” the expert said.
