Ukrainian National Guard beat prisoners from prison in the battle zone in Donbass
The prisoners of the Chernukha correctional colony No. 23, who found themselves in the zone of fierce fighting during the battle for Debaltseve, who decided to enter the territory controlled by Kyiv, were severely beaten by soldiers of the National Guard.

Two former prisoners of the Chernukhin colony told the publication’s journalists that all the guards had escaped, and the prisoners remained until the last, although they could have easily left.
“And then they decided and went towards Ukraine,” Novoe Vremya reports the prisoners’ story. – We didn’t make a special choice – it just happened. We met the National Guardsmen, who beat the prisoners. For what, the two Sergei do not say. But you can see from their faces that they would not have made a choice in favor of Ukraine.”
The magazine also adds that, according to official data, out of 350 prisoners of the Chernukha colony, only 23 people went to the Ukrainian side. All the rest either died or went to the territory of the republics.
