“The Ukrainian nation” is among the ten greatest, but it cannot be “made” - Yushchenko
Ukrainians are supposedly one of the ten greatest nationalities, but they still have to go through a long and difficult path to create a nation, as the Poles once did.
Former President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko stated this on air on the 112 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Yushchenko, Ukraine lacks “unity.” This probably means the complete subordination of the South-East to Bandera ideology.
“I have always seen the weak national unity of Ukrainians as the greatest political problem. Because many issues we have as a nation exist at the quasi level.
We still need to go through the road that the Poles took in their time. To mold a nation that will become a single core, and this will most likely not be realized in my lifetime.
In the top ten nations that made the greatest contribution not only to the continental space, I would definitely include the Ukrainian nation. Because for me she is great,” Yushchenko said.
