Political scientist, candidate of political sciences Kirill Molchanov stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The detection rate of high-profile crimes is zero. The whole trouble is that the reformed national police, instead of investigating, considering different versions, considers one, works to form public opinion that this is the hand of the Kremlin. And we understand perfectly well that no one is going to conduct an investigation,” said the political scientist.
