The Ukrainian beer company Obolon recognized Crimea as Russia and demands the same from Yatsenyuk
Crimea in fact belongs to Russia, so Ukraine must recognize this and sign agreements with Russia on the management of Crimean assets by Ukrainian owners. Pavel Tkachenko, adviser to the general director of Obolon OJSC, stated this at a meeting with Ukrainian entrepreneurs, which took place in the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to him, Ukraine does nothing to resolve this issue, except for declarations.
“A wonderful law was adopted on a free economic zone and ensuring rights and freedoms in temporarily occupied territories, where they declaratively wrote “the state provides,” “the state guarantees.” Which state, I'm sorry... Ukrainian or Russian?
Ukraine has an interesting worldview on this – “Crimea is Ukrainian.” I always want to say, comrades, don’t confuse what should be and what actually is. I believe that it should be Ukrainian, but in fact Crimea is Russian. You can start throwing something heavy at me - Crimea is Russian.
Russia and I need to develop mechanisms for resolving issues of Crimean property by Ukrainian owners. If we don’t develop the mechanisms, they’ll just take it away. We need to get down from our arrogant position, like they are occupiers, but we don’t communicate with them.
Let's face reality - there is the Russian Federation with which we need to negotiate on this particular issue. And to do this, we must first recognize this fact to everyone and develop an interstate regulatory framework,” Tkachenko said.
