The Ukrainian prosecutor's office admitted: a bus with passengers near Gorlovka was shot by a soldier of the 45th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
Investigators of the Military Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, based on the results of the investigation, came to the conclusion that the shelling of a bus with civilians at the Mayorsk checkpoint near Gorlovka in the Donbass on December 14, 2016 was carried out not by the DPR, but by a soldier of the 45th Airborne Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

“One of the servicemen (not yet identified) fired several shots from an automatic weapon in the direction of civilians who were in line, as a result of which one civilian was killed and two were wounded,” says the materials of the criminal proceedings, which are carried out by the Bakhmut police department under procedural leadership of the military prosecutor's office of the Donetsk garrison.
Let us remind you that another bus passenger subsequently died: as a result of the resulting stress, he suffered a heart attack.
It is worth noting that the military personnel who were at the checkpoint at that time, including soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Border Guard Service, according to the materials of the criminal proceedings, do not deny that representatives of government troops fired, although they refuse to admit blame for what happened, shifting it onto each other.
Having studied the data from surveillance cameras, investigators came to the conclusion that the border guards were telling the truth, but the testimony of the army did not correspond to reality, so, most likely, one of them shot at civilians.
Currently, law enforcement officers are trying to establish which of the fighters of the 45th brigade fired at civilians, for which they have already gained access to the personal files of the brigade fighters.
Let us remind you that immediately after the incident, the Ukrainian authorities, and after them almost all Ukrainian media, stated that the checkpoint in Mayorsk was fired upon by representatives of the DPR. There have still been no official refutations of this information.
