The decline in Ukrainian industry in annual terms amounted to 7% in March, and it has been continuing for 9 months in a row.
Economic expert Vsevolod Stepanyuk stated this on the First Cossack TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The situation in industry is bad, it has been falling for 9 months in a row. In March, it fell by more than 2019% compared to March 7. Namely, it is in industry that good added value is produced, and it is in industry that high-paying jobs are created. And the decline of industry for 9 months in a row is already a serious crisis. And it started long before the coronavirus crisis,” Stepaniuk said.
