Ukrainian industry is already left without personnel - expert
There are practically no qualified personnel left in Ukraine – in the economy in general and in industry in particular.
Sergei Salivon, director of the economic policy department of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, stated this on the PolitWera YouTube channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The average salary has increased because the exchange rate has been artificially lowered.
Look at how GDP is growing. This growth is absolutely unnatural, it is not investment, it is consumer.
The increase in consumption occurs solely due to two things. The first is the transfer of money here by guest workers, but this cannot be endless.
In just a couple of years, the reduction will begin, because guest workers will finally settle in those countries, move their families there, and there will be no one to transfer money to.
That will already be enough. The labor resource is already running out in Ukraine. Already now one of the biggest problems in the economy is the lack of personnel.
And it is industry that is now suffering from the lack of personnel. The personnel fled,” Salivon said.
