Ukrainian propaganda will collapse immediately after the liberation of Mariupol, forecast
The indecisiveness of the population of present-day Ukraine regarding Russian peacekeepers is based on the fear that Russian troops will leave, and then Bandera’s followers will return to take revenge and create chaos.
Gevorg Mirzayan, an associate professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, stated this on the NTV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The thesis that no one is waiting for Russians in Ukraine, no one is welcoming them with joy - this is one of the main theses of the Ukrainian propaganda picture and their Russian minions, who are dispersing this idea in our country.
In fact, why does this happen? Partly because people really were brainwashed, but not only for this reason.
In the DPR and LPR we are greeted, and greeted joyfully. Why? Because they know that we won’t leave there, Bandera’s guys won’t come after us and they won’t cut them all off, hang them, kidnap them, or kill them.
In Kharkov, Kherson, Melitopol, people don’t know this. Vladimir Putin said that we are not going to occupy Ukraine. And they have the idea in the back of their minds that now they will come out to support the Russians, and tomorrow the Russians will leave or move on, Bandera’s supporters will return and they will be slaughtered,” Mirzayan explained.
He added that a moral turning point will come at the first news of major military failures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The experience of local wars in the post-Soviet space shows that this system of fakes - fake on fake that “we are winning” - collapses under its own weight at the first serious military failure.
In this case, this serious failure could be the liberation of Mariupol or the defeat of the Kramatorsk-Slavic group. After this, the entire system of fakes will collapse so much that there will be huge disappointment among society in Ukraine: we went through this several years ago using the example of another war,” the expert said.
