“According to the information held by military intelligence, the issue of conducting offensive operations is now being very actively studied, at the same time, at the expense of Russian units, crossing water obstacles is being worked out, and in some areas even conducting amphibious landing operations, this is in the Mariupol direction,” he said representative of Ukrainian intelligence.
According to him, such training already took place in the winter of 2016, but now it has become more intensive in the sense that “the issue of conducting counter-offensive or offensive operations is actually being worked out.”
