“On October 16, Yuri Loza, Vaenga, Ivanushki International will perform in Donetsk. I want to warn you that these are the last concerts that they will hold; if they come to our territory, we will block their entry not only into Ukraine, but also into all European countries. They will only travel to Russian garrisons,” Lubkivsky said on Shuster Live.
