“No one from the Ukrainian side at the official level approached us with a proposal to send Ukrainian rescuers here. In addition, for our part, we did not turn to Ukraine or anyone else for help. If we really need it, we will turn to Russia or the LPR,” he said.

The DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations provided similar information.

“I have no information about the official appeal from the Ukrainian side in this regard. No one from the Ukrainian side contacted us through official channels or offered help,” said Yuliana Bedilo, representing the DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations.
