Let us recall that at the beginning of August the MTS-Ukraine company stopped working on the peninsula using its base stations. Network subscribers were transferred to technical roaming, which was extended until October 1st. According to the company’s statements, now Crimeans will be able to use communications from the Ukrainian “daughter” of MTS only if a number of technical conditions are met.
Thus, the company’s press service reminded that receiving roaming services in Crimea, including 3G, is only possible if you select the 3Mob network on your phone (25507, TriMob, 3Mob, UA07, Utel). At the same time, network coverage does not cover the entire peninsula, but only large cities.
“Tariffs in Crimea for calls to MTS-Ukraine are 0 UAH (30 minutes per day), from the 31st minute - 0,5 UAH. Other numbers in Ukraine and Russia – 3 UAH. SMS within Ukraine – 0,5 UAH. Incoming calls are free. Internet – 0 UAH per day for 10 MB. From 11 MB – 1 UAH per MB. Daily payment is 1 UAH,” added MTS-Ukraine.
